My Coaching programmes are designed to change the dynamic of your life. Using the background knowledge and understanding I’ve developed over the years coaching elite sportsmen and women, I can begin to give you clarity on the best direction for you as a person or team.
I’ve been an Elite Triathlon Coach for over 10yrs, coaching Professional and Amateur athletes at the very top level. I’ve worked with and around some of the best athletes in the world, from Olympians to world champions.
Getting an athlete to the very top level requires a coach to offer more than a training plan; I’m a teacher, true life coach, and intuitive psychologist to the people I’ve worked with.
